Peer Review Process
The International Research Journal of Project Management (IRJPM) follows a rigorous double-blind peer review process. All submitted manuscripts are initially screened by the Editor-in-Chief for scope and quality. Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to at least two independent expert reviewers who evaluate the work for originality, methodology, clarity, and contribution to the field. Authors are notified of the reviewers' decisions within 1 to 10 days of submission. The final decision to accept, revise, or reject a manuscript rests with the Editor-in-Chief based on the reviewers' recommendations.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
